2. Do you accept international orders?
We gladly accept orders from all over the world. Simply add an item to your cart and in the shipping section select your country from the drop-down menu.

Free Regular Postage currently applies to all orders within Australia.
INTERNATIONAL
International shipping costs are calculated when you are paying for the order. International Shipping is currently charged at a flat rate of $12.50AUD.
4. What shipping options do you offer?
For Australian orders we ship by Registered Australia Post.
For International orders we ship via Airmail.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are shipped on the day they are received. Within Australia, customers can expect your order in approximately 4 to 5 business days.
For all international customers it generally takes up to 10 business days to arrive. For international orders timing is dependent on postal services and customs in the country where the parcel is being delivered.
6. Will I be charged customs fees for orders outside Australia?
Generally for orders less than 500g and less than $500 no customs fees are charged. However, certain countries may charge customs fees so for further information we recommend that you make contact with your local Customs Department.
7. Do you offer bulk shipping discounts?
Unfortunately we do not offer discounts for bulk orders, however the more items in an order, the less the shipping charge is per item.

8. Can I get my order gift-wrapped?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer this service.
9. Why was an item removed from my shopping cart?
This occurs when an item sells out while you are still completing your purchase. Adding an item to your cart will not save it for you.
