1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns where a product is defective or when you're simply not satisfied with your chosen garment!

All returned items must be in original, unworn and unwashed condition, with tags and packaging intact otherwise the return will not be accepted.

2. How do I return an item?

Please contact us first via email to info@fauxpasonline.com with your details and a description of the garment you wish to return. We will reply with instructions on where to send your garment.

3. How long will I have to return an item?

We accept returns within 60 days of placing your order.

Please note that we do not refund postage costs, and return postage is at your personal expense.

4. What do I do if I didn't receive what I ordered or received a defective item?

We take great pride in the quality of the garments that we provide to you and so Faux Pas garments undergo rigorous quality control procedures.

In the event that a garment is defective, please email us at info@fauxpasonline.com and include details on why your order is wrong/defective and we will advise you further. We will either replace your garment with the correct one or offer you a full refund.

Please note that garments must be returned in their original, unworn and unwashed condition for the above to apply.

We only offer this service for garments bought on the Faux Pas Online Store and will not accept items purchased from a third party.

5. How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in original condition and tags and labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Please contact info@fauxpasonline.com, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Please Note: Faux Pas reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
